Ordered in the app for pickup for the first time recently. I made the mistake of selecting drive through pickup, instead of going inside. Silly me didn't think, "that means you have to wait in the drive through". So instead of getting a drink made on the spot, I ordered one that sat idle while I waited in the drive through (facepalm).

I give 5 stars for continued Improvements. I see some nasty reviews here and I think to myself, what if every moment of my workday behind my desk were picked apart online by the public? If I was understaffed at my office and no one knew.. and the residents in my community met me with criticism and publicly told me "bad job" while I'm doing my best to rise up and do well during a tough time. Luckily, I don't work in a public facing role where I am critically reviewed by customers. Kudos to you Falmouth Starbucks for hanging in there during a tough time for staffing. These jobs are often held by students and they leave for college right before holiday season. Staffing is hard for these roles. You're doing great through the ups and downs. Keep moving forward.

Stopped here for a second time after the great quality drink I had last time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The space has a good ambiance with 3 individual tables for work & a large shared table. My drink was worth the price I paid and I recommend this location
Stopped in for a break to caffeinate, stretch my legs, and get the MacBook Pro out to get on the web. Ordered a Trenta cold brew - which was strong, cold, and delicious! Service was good, WiFi was fast enough. #Starbucks

This store is excellent. The staff has been excellent to me and a Molly waited on me not too long ago and she was fantastic. I'm so happy every time I see their faces. The store owner should be happy! Great job team.
So we pulled up just before closing in a full size van with 11 people ordering 2-3 items per piece. The order taker remained upbeat and kept chuckling as we continued sending our massive order. Midway through the order she warned us that they did not have cup carriers--no issue as we had everyone who wanted stuff in the van. She flagged a few items that were out of stock, suggested alternatives, then read back our order. Every item in the $60+ was correctly made and delivered. Boom!
